Management Team
Scott McCormack
President
Scott is the founder of Quantum Coatings and oversees all business operations. He has been working in the commercial construction industry since earning a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston. In his 20+ year career, Scott has worked in multiple construction disciplines and has contributed to some of the Southeast’s largest commercial construction projects. When Scott isn’t working, you can find him on the water racing sailboats or fishing with family and friends.
Russ Arnold
Project Manager
Russ pursued a career in construction project management after graduating from the University of Georgia. He has more than 10 years of commercial construction experience and adeptly manages all aspects of QC jobs—maintaining project budgets, schedules and quality standards. Outside of work, Russ enjoys hunting and golfing.
James Neblett
Project Manager
As a project manager, James leverages more than ten years of commercial construction experience to ensure our crews execute their work efficiently while maintaining QC quality standards. When James isn’t working, you can find him racing on a sailboat in the Charleston harbor or hiking in the mountains of South Carolina and Georgia.
Adam Wade
Estimator
As QC’s chief estimator, Adam reviews specifications of all prospective and current jobs to build labor estimates, material estimates and budgets. Having earned a BS in Engineering from Clemson University, Adam is equipped to fulfill a variety of estimating and project management functions. His career experience (15+ years) spans commercial, industrial, institutional and multifamily residential construction. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time in his garden or on the beach.
Roger Mullins
Pre-construction Director
Roger has almost 30 years of experience in the Walls and Ceilings industry. Most of his experience comes as a Senior, then Chief, Estimator for several companies primarily in Rocky Mountain and West Coast regions. He has achieved a CPE (Certified Professional Estimator) certification from ASPE, LEED AP certification, EIFS Industry Professional from AWCI, DRI Certification from UL for SFRMs, OSHA 30, and other industry certifications. His vast experience includes large commercial, institutional, medical, high rise mixed use, federal and local governmental, higher education, airport, and hospitality project types. When not chasing projects, Roger enjoys hiking, fishing, shooting sports, gardening, and a good glass of wine.
Erica Kochis
Office Manager
Erica coordinates with the rest of our management team to handle all administrative aspects of project management and business operations. After graduating from the College of Charleston with a BA in Communications, Erica worked in various customer service roles and developed her multi-tasking skills. When Erica isn’t in the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
