Welcome to the first edition of Quantum Commercial’s Quarterly Newsletter, where we’ll be sharing highlights and milestones from each quarter. We’re proud to have closed out one of our strongest years yet in 2025 and are incredibly grateful to our clients, vendors, and subcontractor partners who helped make it such a success. Project Progress Updates

Courier Square Phase II
Downtown Charleston, SC

We’re proud to have been awarded Courier Square Phase II, one of Charleston’s premier developments this year. The project includes 300 luxury residences and 13,000 SF of retail space along 400 linear feet of King Street. Quantum is providing drywall, metal framing, and painting services for Greystar Construction.

Charleston West Gate
Charleston International Airport

Quantum began work on the Charleston West Gates Expansion at the end of 2025. Partnering with JE Dunn, we are performing drywall, framing, and painting as part of this major airport expansion. We’re excited to support continued growth in our hometown.

BI Gather
Statesboro, GA

In December 2025, we successfully completed BI Gather, a 290-unit (691-bed) student housing community serving Georgia Southern University. Working with Broeren Russo Builders, Inc., Quantum provided drywall, metal framing, paint, and wallcovering services.

Kind Behavioral Health
Savannah, GA

Our Savannah team recently completed the interior build-out of Kind Behavioral Health’s new clinic in partnership with J.E. Dunn Construction. Quantum delivered drywall, framing, and paint services to create clean, durable clinical spaces that support expanded access to care for families across Georgia.
